A LITTLE ON HOW WE WORK
We use the Hollywood model. Which means, we do not have fixed teams of associates that are repeatedly deployed on all projects. We believe each client and project has unique needs and can benefit from different and clever combinations of expertise, personalities and experiences.
We start with fully understanding the needs of each project, then we curate the best team that can effectively deliver what the client needs.

Elizabeth Lembke is Chief Talent Navigator at Transforming Talent, a globally active consultancy specializing in people and culture solutions for organizational transformations. She works by understanding the business strategy and diagnosing the current state to determine the right-fit solutions to drive the organization’s transformation. Her work has been honored with multiple Innovation Awards, deemed a FranklinCovey benchmark, and led to the highest increase in Employee Engagement ever measured by Aon Hewitt. Prior to her consultancy work, Elizabeth was Global Director of HR and Talent for BorgWarner. She is a sought-after facilitator and accredited team and individual coach. Originally from the US, she now calls Germany home.
Sam is an innovation consultant based in San Francisco--helping organizations reinvent their strategy design, leadership culture, product development, and future visioning. He is a Berkeley-Haas innovation & design faculty, THNK strategy lead, and Nasdaq entrepreneurship coach. Clients appreciate his multi-disciplinary lens and collaborative stakeholder partnership. From zooming into diagnosis, to generating kaleidoscopic possibilities, to casting expansive vision, he facilitates every engagement with dynamic versatility. Sam studied business at an art school--the MBA in Design Strategy at California College of the Arts.
Lieselotte is a successful designer, facilitator of unique leadership journeys for senior leaders. She is an unusual mix of a leadership coach, management trainer, instructional designer, experienced in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, meditation, voice dialogue, and systemic work, as well as a long and rich career in theatre as actor and coach. She applies the lessons from improv theatre to the work place, through a rich set of learning experiences that help leaders directly experience and learn how to thrive in a fast changing world. Lieselotte believes deep learning happens through deep relationships. She curates experiences where leaders can meet each other in full presence so the relationship can do its transformational work.
Sarah is an ICF accredited, certified executive coach with deep experience in the financial sector. In her 20-year career, Sarah held trading floor management roles in brokering, distribution and marketing, for global investment banks and brokerages. She was the first female trader at Macquarie Bank, and went on to revolutionize equities marketing and distribution at Deutsche Bank and HSBC. Sarah has coached leaders and teams to respond to changing demands by evolving and building new capabilities, and using their strengths more effectively. Sarah holds a first-class Business degree from Westminster University, and a PGDip in Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Sarah lives in London.
Rens is the founder of, and partner in, Purpose+, a purpose-driven consulting firm that provides strategic consultancy for organisations. He specializes in the intersection of corporate strategy and psychology for corporate teams, where he combines classic strategy work with the notion of 'purpose', having a quantified positive impact, for organisations. Previously a consultant with McKinsey, Rens has a background in social- and sport psychology (University of Amsterdam), as well as a background in business (Harvard Business School). In his free time Rens can generally be found either on the water (surfing or kitesurfing) or in the mountains. He lives in Amsterdam..
Greg is a Senior Executive Coach, Human Capital Transformation, Learning and Leadership Development consultant with over 25 years of senior executive experience in leading global organizations through transformations. Greg had senior leadership roles in complex, high growth organizations such as Citi, Pepsi and Saks 5th Avenue. He was the Chief Learning Officer for Citigroup where he centralized the strategy and business/regional governance of 109 orgs and 1700 L&D professionals in 41 countries. Greg has a BS in Educ. from SUNY, an MA in Comm. Arts from the U. of Maryland and a Dip. HR Mgmt. from NYU. He is a certified Professional Executive Coach, Team Coach and a graduate of the Columbia Univ. Executive Coaching Program. Greg is based in New York.
Tom is the director of the HR Trend Institute which follows, detects, encourages and sets trends in the people and organization domain. He has a keen interest in innovative HR, HR tech and how organizations can benefit from trend shifts, and is regularly seen keynoting at conferences. Tom has extensive HR leadership experience in multinational companies such as KPMG, Philips, Fugro, Arcadis and Aon. He has helped AstraZeneca, Ampelmann, Booking, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jones Day, Oracle, Perfetti van Melle, P&G, Robeco, Unilever, Deutsche Telekom, Heineken, Siemens among others, with their HR Trends visioning work. Tom lives in Amsterdam.
Anton Fishman is a sought after expert on Social Robotics and has helped numerous companies understand the impact of AI and Deep Learning on leaders and work. He is an experienced consultant, coach, business advisor and entrepreneur. Anton works with businesses to clarify strategic direction, determine what leaders need to deliver this, and ensure businesses have the talent and capability to make it happen. Originally a psychologist he is sensitive to the dynamics of teams and organizations, his coaching focus is always on impact and purpose. Anton is based in London.
During her 20+ years in innovation and organisational change, Angelique has mentored over 100 teams, was CEO of an internet startup and managed marketing and operations teams. Angelique was part of the initiating team behind ING Labs, ING’s innovation facility, where she was driving, building and embedding innovation in ING. She was also one of the initiators of the Leading Innovation Excellence Program at the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship. Today she acts as a guest lecturer and coach in the program. Angelique has master degrees in Marketing (TIAS) and Communication (University of Amsterdam), a postdoc in Organizational Change (VU Amsterdam) and is a Certified Innovation Mentor (Mendoza Business School / University of Notre Dame).
Karim is a Sr. Faculty member at THNK – School of Creative Leadership, which offers international executive programs for social change agents, entrepreneurs and innovation leaders needing to create solutions to large societal challenges. He founded Teach to Fish – Spark to Crowd, where he teaches personal leadership, concept development and crowd activation programs and is committed to accelerating sustainable and impactful ventures, believing that it takes powerful, heartful leaders to ignite the crowd. He is an energetic and creative facilitator with 20+ years in helping leaders create impact. Karim is also founder of Creatyfus - Creative Lab for Impact Projects, a member of Impact Hub Amsterdam and a Senior Fellow of Humanity in Action.
